Bug, EVERYDAY, while playing UT

Where is the correct place to report bugs, it's impossible to play without the game crashing and losing the opportunity to play UT. I've had it.   Is there another FC25 like game, it doesn't even have to be as good, just close, I'm done with EA and FC, can't believe that this late in the season these bugs/crashes have not been fixed. 

The worse thing is no one at EA cares, nobody answers, no one says anything. Very unprofessional, I see why more and more gamers refuse to play this game.
