Hy friends i got a code of fc25 xbox serie x but when i tried to connect with internet i got a message ea.com/unable-to-connect but im already connected to wifi and ea account any solution please ?

Hi there. Try power cycling your network equipment by unplugging it for a couple of minutes. Also, hard restart your Xbox by holding down the power button until it turns off. Turn everything back on and try loading in again. Let me know if that helps or not. thanks!
