I have recently upgraded to the Ultimate Game pass on my Xbox, since doing this I can't access any only games on FC25. Message " checking account status" and then ...

If you are running in to this issue with the error "Checking account status" and "No available offers" 'when accessing online game modes on Xbox, you can try the steps shared by NatanTavares I've translated those steps in English here:

Go to the Services and subscriptions page of your Xbox account: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Select Manage next to Subscription.

Under recurring billing, if it is deactivated, activate it and then deactivate it. If it is activated, deactivate and activate it again, this step is fundamental as it will fix this bug.

Turn your console off and on, then try again.
