connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment

Hello is anyone else having this problem where when they get into a match and it finishes it just kick you to the main menu then when you load back in it says I got a dnf, has been doing it since yesterday and have tried everything.

It only happens on my actual account when I tried it on a complete new account there was no problem what so ever does anyone have any solutions because I know it ain't a problem with my connection.
