Connection issues

Hello guys

I have connection Issues with EAFC 25. The problem is when I go into a game maybe every second game I get a disconnect but sometimes I got Speed lags or when I load into a game i get a black screen. I don‘t know what to do at this point because my Internet is completely fine I can play other EA games without any connection problems only in EAFC 25. I sometimes i can play 1 game without any problems but the second game I get normally a screen freeze and like 3-5 seconds after a disconnect. I already deleted and installed the game I tried to disconnect and reconnect my internet it‘s not working. Can somebody help me? Does anyone has the same problem as me?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. This is just the nature of wireless connections. You could look into powerline adaptors. That has been a good solution for many with a router too far for a wire.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll see if I can help figure out why you're disconnecting so frequently. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Thank you! Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away? Wireless connections are very prone to disconnects and lag.

Thank you for your quick answer. I don't have a access point for wired connection. Is there any other option for me?

Okay Thank you for your help! Meanwhile I changed the position of the wlan and now it is working better than before I still have sometimes speedlags but only once a game. I can play multiple games a row without any disconnects or screen freeze. For now it is enough. Thanks for your time and help. I wish you all the best.
