Disconnected from champs whilst winning twice and took the loss

Was playing champs like any other day and was winning my second game 10-5 around the 72nd minute was kicked and got the loss very next game I had won and was waiting for pop up to say that I won when...

Hello. We should go through some troubleshooting to try to find out why you keep disconnecting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
