EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition still have not received my Perks and FC Points

I purchased the Ultimate edition of the game on Friday and still have no FC points, or perks that you get for pre ordering the standard edition such as:

• Cover Star Loan Player Item in Football Ultimate Team™ (10 matches)
• 1 Ambassador Loan Player Pick Item in Football Ultimate Team™ (10 matches)
• Unlocked PlayStyles Slot in Clubs
• 250,000 Clubs Coins
• Additional Player Personality Points in Player Career
• 3 Icon Players in Player Career - Galácticos Beckham, Zidane and Ronaldo Nazário
• 5-Star Coach available for hire in Manager Career
• 5-Star Youth Scout available for hire in Manager Career

I have read other forums and come across an EA representative saying that:

If you're playing from other platforms, you may not have received the 4.600 FC Points for different reasons:

• You have preordered the Standard Edition, and you're playing the EA Play Trial. In this case, you will only receive the content related to the Standard Edition (you can check it here).
• You may have preordered the Ultimate Edition with another account. Remember that only the main account that completed the purchase will receive the bonus content.
• You're playing through EA Play Pro Subscription. In this case, as for the terms and conditions, "The 4800 FC Points will be provided in monthly installments of 1600 per month for three consecutive months beginning as early as September 27, 2024."

I don't fall under any of these. Not really sure what to do.
