Dear EA,I have a big problem. Now that FC 25 started, I saw that I haven't got the transfer market on the Companion/Web App unlocked, even though I player FC 24. I have read the article about unlocking it from the link there was, and after reading it all up I reaziled that I just need to play the game actively, or specificaly to play two active days to unlock the transfer market when you are the only device playing on the account. And not have I just player the minimum of 3 games per that active day (and logging in the web app), but even though I played at least 3 games per day, and even more in some days, but I also player for 4 days in a row without nothing happening. So I would like to ask why is this happening and when am I going to get access to it.Best regards,Uros.

Hey @Urkeza_16, that is addressed in the link above as well. What if I was banned from the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC™ 24? Transfer Market bans won’t roll over from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25, but you’ll need to earn access to the Market when playing EAS FC for the first time. If you have a franchise ban from the EA SPORTS FC™ franchise, this will carry over to EAS FC 25 and affect your ability to access the Transfer Market. You would need to just earn access normally, which means continuing to play and complete matches until that's unlocked for you.

I can’t access my companion app as it mentions needing a two factor login. This is not something that was ever required before.

Does anyone have this problem? I've logged in on my PC in the ultimate team and yet, I still have this message both on the app and web app.

Hey @Urkeza_16,

It sounds like you've already read through this article regarding unlocking the transfer market.

Please note that the transfer market is automatically unlocked based on your account status as well as the activity, so just playing for a few days does not guarantee access.

If your account is otherwise in good standing and you have not yet received access, you'll just need to continue playing and completing full matches until that's automatically provided.

We are unable to manually grant access or specify how many days it may take to unlock as that can vary from one account to the next.

Well I understand that, but does the fact that I was banned in fc 24 on the transfer market something to do with it. I mean I was banned when my account got havked just so you don’t thing I did it then or that I will do it now.

Well I think it’s not a franchise ban because on the fc 24 web app it used to say I’m banned till the end if that years title, so I will just continue playing, thanks for your help

I cannot still use the transfer market on the companion app yet, I have no ban history and my account is in good standing and I've played over 5 active days and still haven't gained access the market yet?

Hi guys
Since the companion app came out, I have been unable to log into my account.
The password and email have been correct and I have also tried to change passwords. But continue to get the message attached whether I log in through web browser or mobile app.
Could you please advise what next steps are?

I am very dissatisfied with EA.
I have played more than 3 games every day since September 20th,
but I still can't access the transfer market.
The play time is reset every time.
I played 10 games yesterday, but when I look at it again today, it looks like 0 games.
I am very disappointed in EA for allowing such stupid bugs.

Im having same problem, made new account and been playing for 5 days straight doing at least 3 matches on rivals each day and still dont have access to web app, please EA look into this problem
