Frustrated and ignored – third week in a row losing to hackers after 11-0

it sucks but EA don't care about us... they care about packs and what brings in the money. I have little respect for EA after this iteration of FC, but they still make money so we go unnoticed. They don't have a support team either, and there is no way to report for cheating unless you go to their EA profile page which isn't always available.
