I do not believe you have done what you say you have done.
There's a 4 star WF upgrade in the Future Stars Academy Report group which should appear in the future stars academy Evo group, and which keeps your rarity as a future stars Evo.
There is ALSO a 4 star WF upgrade in the Future Stars Play objective which is useable on any player up to 89 rated, which results in an Evolutions II rarity.
I believe the latter is the one you have mistakenly used on your academy player.
hmm I see, maybe you're right, idk. anyway its kinda unfair from EA. people are getting compensations for absolutely cr*p, and now they wont even do anything. i dont even want a new pick, just a way to convert him back to future star academy rarity...
EDIT: btw i just checked and i do have the 4* weak foot that you mentioned still available and not in the future star academy. so im pretty convinced now that i did as i said before.
If this is the case, gather evidence for this forum beyond just your player rarity - if that evo is still there for you and has the exact same requirements/end results as the one in objectives that isn't intended for FS, and the FS academy one is both claimed and gone, then they will be forced to investigate.
Did you put them into anything else after the WF upgrade? DLP++? Block+Rapid?
Just the playstyle+ and the other 8 playstyles, and of course the weak foot which i mentioned.
I really cant remember anything else then that and since they expired already i cant prove that i didnt use them (in case i really didnt use them) block and rapid 100% i did not use. as for DLP++ truly cant remember, maybe thats what causes it, which once again imo 100% stupidity from their sideCan you upload a screenshot of his roles and his playstyles? That will help narrow it down.
If this is genuinely a screw-up on EA's part then i really do feel for you, but I have seen no other instances of this Weak Foot evo causing the rarity to go wrong.
