Hi there. It sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Switching to a wire should give you a more stable connection so that disconnects will be a lot less likely.

    EA. What a ridiculous response. It is 2025. Disconnects are 99% EA’s issue. Telling people not to play on WiFi is pathetic.

      You're welcome to play on a wireless connection. It's just not as reliable as using a wired connection. That has nothing to do with our games or servers. Your device is losing connection to the router due to wireless signals being less stable than a wired connection. There is plenty of documentation online to back that up.
