I bought packs with an icon but they didn't give them to me

Dear Sir or Madam, I speak a few languages and I play FC25 in Dutch language. On Friday, I went into the store and opened 2 packs for 380k each. I read the description and they promised me an icon 86+ in each. I did not get any icons from either of my packs. I was wondering what would happen now. I would have never opened any of these packs if I knew that I would receive heroes instead of icons. Should I expect the right packs onto my account or can I get my coins back?
