Please restart the game and log back in to help synchronise your account. If you play on a console, make sure that you use the correct profile.

Same here. Bought the pass earlier with coins using the web app. 500,000 were removed from my account. When I got home and logged in with my one and only login the pass is showing as not purchased. I’m extremely worried. Please help!

Solved. Multiple restarts of the game on my PS5 finally solved it. Whew!
