I can’t use the transfer market and it’s been over 24 hours

Hi,


I keep getting this message whenever I try to bid or buy a player - "there was an error communicating with the football ultimate team servers. please try again." 

It has been well over a day now and still having the same issue, I was buying a lot of players on the market in quick succession to try and flip some coins but that shouldn’t be a reason for me to not be able to enjoy the game.

Please can someone help me solve this issue as the game is not fun without even being able to buy the best players…

    Hi there, @xEdenn 

    Please wait another 24 hours and do not attempt to use the market until then. That will make sure an appropriate amount of time has passed if you were soft banned for being too busy in the market.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response. I have waited over 24 hours now and still get same message? Is there anything else I can do?

    @xEdenn 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Hi, 

    Thank you for your help. I have reset my console and even tried playing on a different connection it still won’t let me bid or buy any players. I even tried on the companion app and still doesn’t work. I can try waiting a bit longer but 24 hours doesn’t seem to make any difference.
