I can't open packs anymore

I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team where I am unable to open a pack due to a sorting screen glitch. After opening a pack, I am stuck on a screen that says, “Hmm. It seems you have items to manage before you can move forward.” The only item left to manage is a Silver Pack, but when I try to open it, I receive the error message:
"There was a problem connecting to the FUT servers. Please try again later."

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Restarting the game

Restarting my PC

Checking my internet connection

Logging out and back into Ultimate Team

I need assistance in resolving this issue as I am unable to open packs in Ultimate Team. Please advise on any potential fixes or if this requires manual intervention from EA Support.
