I lost because of a hacker.

I want to make a complain to EA and i can’t find where. Today i played a hacker who frozed my screen and couldn’t play. I lost an Champions game and is not my fault. I had to close the game and now i can’t even report the player. Please if someone know how to fill e report to EA, help me. I want my win back !!!
