It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main meu

I'm connected to EA servers on PS4 with the Ultimate Edition purchased. I'm on the main menu but can access ultimate team as a message says its not possible to connect to Ultimate Team, and takes you...

I have had the same issue on xbox. My mate has been able to go onto my ultimate team on his xbox but i cant do it on mine

      PS5 here and i have the same error. its been nearly a weeks and game has been un playable since.
