Hello everyone, I have a question to address and I will start by exposing my situation: years ago I played on the XBOX platform (from FIFA09 to FIFA15), but when I changed platform to PC (Origin) and Playstation, I had to use another EA account, different from the one I had linked to my XBOX profile.
The thing is that I have gone back to using XBOX and now my account (after playing for several days) does not have access to the marketplace in the Web App or Companion. Last year the same thing happened to me with my Playstation account, where I spent a month playing every day until they gave me access after asking for help here, so I would like to know if there is any way to speed up the process.

Same issue, cab’t open my rivals rewards due to ky market being locked, and i have a huge problem because my internet is down in my apartment and have been for multiple days so i can’t play games to unlock it either..
i played from division 10 to division 4 in a week, how is that not eligible for me to use the market on my phone, bothers me alot
