Most players pack discard players that’s why they are discard. It’s possible to pack the higher rated players that doesn’t mean another account has a higher probability of packing them because ea posts the probabilities.
This really isn’t that difficult. I am not sure if there is a language barrier or how it’s getting lost. Maybe someone else can explain it better.
