Missing Content
After completing the last stage of the Season 7 weekly play, without claiming the packs or the objective it says that I have claimed and completed the objective group. However, I haven't actually been given the packs?

Did you try to restart the game? Do you have any previously saved packs?
Same here. Never got the 93+x5 EFIGS Tots Player Pack. Group reward.
I restarted the game like 4 times a day i had no save packs

Only they can check your account and validate missing content.I've already sent them 2 emails sadly. Both of their responses was the automated one that tells you to post your issue on ea forums if the troubleshooting steps didn't work. I only have the option to send and email, do I have to be on a different device to actually start a chat with them or is email only available for that specific problem?
