    Hello all

    It looks like you opened a duplicate thread for the FC points not received from Steam issue. We are currently working on a fix and you can find the main thread for this issue here.

Same thing happened to me.
As soon as support gathered all the information including the 'Steam purchase details', they became unresponsive and forced the case to close.
It's a mystery
