Missing player ultimate team ea fc 25

Hi I am missing a player I bought from the fut web app, I bought for 180k, the coins are gone and the player is not in my transfer list or squad ?

Hey @m09723 have you checked your unassigned pile to see if the item is there?

@EA_Darko It’s not there. I have the same issue. All my tradeable players are gone

    @farrelg1 Your account has probably been hacked go change your password and check your ea profile on ea’s website if there is some sketchy trusted ip addresses

    Same issue, I just lost my Cannavaro, VVD and Pedro porro ALL TRADEABLE.
