Missing player

I bought a 1million coins player. And when I log in back a few moments later the player was gone and even some coins. I reported it to EA, and they told me that the player was never there and that the case is closed. Is frustrating that with all the hours I have put into the game even bought FIFA points and that they don't care about they're users
