So I’ve got the same issue, last season I didn’t claim the impossible pick for an arsenal fan between a past, present or future player, I did intend on picking someone on the last day but completely forgot. Now after I’ve logged into the new season nothings there… I find it quite silly from ea if I don’t get one of the players as I spent lots of time grinding and I spent 500k coins to get it
Did either of you check unassigned items, like try to open a pack to see whether you have any?
I’ve got nothing in my unassigned, no new packs and I can open packs completely fine
I'm sorry about that, I don't know what to tell you, except next time be sure to claim all rewards one by one, even if the choice is difficult, or you won't have a choice.
