Mistaken purchase

I accidentally purchased 2800 fifa points for fc 24 and I found out the other day you were able to transfer them to fc 25 when I tried to it wouldn’t let me I read about it n discovered this was stopped on the 31st of December I think that’s ridiculous because mistakes like this can be made many times by people you should always be able to transfer your points
