More than a month and still "Connecting to UT is not possible"

I have been playing FC25 on Xbox Cloud Gaming and when trying to access Transfer Targets - it keeps saying: "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible"... I have tried clearing cache on TV - re-installing etc... restarted router etc... what can I do to get this sorted? Why is there no one I can contact to get this resolved??

    Just to clarify, I can play UT, buy players etc. but can not access "Transfer Targets" for some reason... And it has been like this for more than a month... I am in Brisbane, AUS.
