My 99 Van Dijk card is gone...(Lv40 season9 reward)

The most important level 40 reward was automatically claimed for me in the EA app. I'm sure I just closed the app, planning to carefully select the reward later. And EA picked the 91x5 pack for me, not the 99 Van Dijk. I'm so dead now... Also, there are some Premium Pass rewards I haven't received yet.
