Hi, i just spoke to an agent and he has told me to send a message on here. I am missing some compensation for the “ holding out for a hero pack” i have a dutch roommate who also has an account and we were advertised that this pack would grant us an icon however it only gave me an hero. When this pack released it was on my social media that ea have released an icon pack that i bought. Unfortunately when i opened the pack i did not recieve an icon. I can see on social media everyone has received compensation including my roommate. I have spent alot of money across multiple games with EA and jave never had complaints until this point. I am requesting compensation from my end as well. Thank you
