A large amount of players prefer and mainly play squad battles, is it weird, sure, but we exist. Now we only get 12 matches a week to play? Pretty awful move forcing everyone to play online only, is this trend going to continue? Is squad battles just going away? It was the best feature of this game.

I understand you and I hope the maximum 32 matches of EA FC24 come back. I also love Squad Battle, I prefer the offline mode, making my team, with special cards and styles that don't come with the base player. And every week I tried hard to increase the difficulty of the AI, having as a reward for the effort better rewards. But in this FC, that effort doesn't seem to have the same rewards. I hope they change it and it goes back to how it was in EA FC24.

You are not forced to do that, you can play more than 12, just you wont be awarded anymore points after 12 games.

Totally agree with you benjums even though u can play more than the 12 receiving 0 points there after takes the excitement out of it bad move EA !!

Agreed I used battles as a daily warm up and for weekly rewards as it worked out that way. just playing 3 games per day on on world class or legendary for the garbage squads, even simple professional I would get elite 1 each week without trying too hard. do you guys at EA just despise your consumers? genuine question? did you think hmmm these guys are making 22k per week through battles we can't be having that nope remove it all, won't be surprised when the rewards are all untradable as we know that'll be coming soon.

@DRUMMONDINHO7 this new system allows you to explore EAFC a lot easier. Whilst it's only 12 games (+ the 2 Featured), it's better rewards than previous years. The issue is lack of engagement because people had to play 20 more games. It just felt like a crappier WL with not that great rewards.

DR is the main game mode for Online play, whilst the elites get WL. If you run out of things to do, play the other modes -- or get off FUT and play Career!

You can still play it past the weekly amount. Are the rewards the same or not or less?

I mean if they are the same or more than really it’s just better since you don’t actually have to play more unless you want too. I am not sure what the downside is unless rewards are not as good.

But what exactly are you complaining about? Have you even seen the rewards for squad battles? They're decent. You can make well over "22k" now...

@DRUMMONDINHO7 I didn't say you only played Battles, just said this change allows you to play more game modes whether you already play them or not. You might continue with your education as you clearly don't know how to read.

For me, the change is welcomed, I like being able to get better rewards than last year with lesser games played. This will help me ensure I finish the other modes objectives, milestones, and give me more time to Evo players as well.

I don't see what there is to complain about.

And, yes... You can share your opinion as i can too. The forum is called "Answers." Not "Questions without answers." Lol

@Izzy_FUT_Dubs Right up until you lose games because the game crashes (which is happening semi-regularly to everyone) or you lose connection to the EA server for 0.0000000001 seconds and the game kicks you out.

While annoying before, it's even more annoying now as you have less games to play with.

But I guess you have your usual "well it's not the games fault it crashed" response since god forbid you criticise the game, you are the chap last year who said "it's not the games fault the player you spent a million coins on doesn't work properly, you should use a 800 player instead it's much more fun"
