Pack Luck and Overall Gameplay

I have been playing Ultimate Team for 2 years and I can boldly say this game isn’t fun, it’s rigged and pack weight is woeful. The time I put into this game and don’t get any good rewards is an insult to me. Why do u do promos every Fridays and I don’t pack any good player that goes straight into my team when I’m already playing catch up??? Why do u gate-keep all these good icons and players, if  I’m not meant to pack any why are there promos in the first place??? What’s the point of promos and I can’t even pack any player/icon??? Why do I have to go a whole year and not pack the players I like???  The time and money spent on this game is something I could never get back, I’ll stop playing the game and find better things to do that are worth my time. Only thing that will make me stay and play this game is fixing of gameplay, lags, and  increasing pack weight so I can pack these icons/players. That’s all I can say for now, if u want the EAFC community to be happy and enjoy playing this game again like back in the days pls do fix all these issues/problems. Thank you
