Pelé 95 Tech + playstyle not working

So hi everyone

I luckily packed pele which made me really happy but unfortunately he is unplayable.

he is as fast as a slug even though with the chosen playstyle pace should be 99

so i really don’t understand what the issue is ?

are you aware of this ?

is there something i could do?

i would be very happy for an explanation / solution.
