I was playing FIFA and an error kept popping up, I restarted. After that I launched squad battles. The game crashed for about 60 minutes, after which the game update started. I launch it and get a permanent ban

Same here, got banned for "cheating" even though i never hacked a day in my life and i have over 2k hours in this game any solutions?
I don't even know the reason for the ban.
The same just happened to me, was logging in to my account kept getting the "Connecting to ultimate team not possible at the moment" and then received an email saying I was permanently banned for cheating, tried to appeal but you can't even write anything in there since it says there's a 1000 word limit and after typing 2 letters it gives the limit exceded error. Yet we keep getting spammed for the fc 26 pre order ....

I just got banned without even being able to enter the game, with the claim that I used external tools??
I've spent over 2000 hours in this 'BETA' game, and now I can't even contest the ban properly because your system only allows me to type one character.
This is frustrating, and it feels like you don't care about your customers.

Same happened to me.. did a sbc , lost connection. Tried a couple times, and after i waited for a few minutes i got a email that i got banned for using farming software..
