Playstation Cups getting hacked

Just signed up for one of the eafc tournaments, got to the final and got hacked, the guy hacked all opponents he played with where he loads in when there's 40 seconds left then he makes it to where it shows his team vs him. Then his team is invisible thereafter. Then it takes an hour To kick you out of the tournament. This is the 2nd time he has done this now, can I get him reported or anything?
