Premium Pass Bought On App But not working

Hi just spent the 500,000 coins on the App for the premium pass it showed some errors and eventually the purchase went trough. But when entering again on the app it shows a lock in the objectives section. Whent to the console and no luck, as if I didnt make the purchase. The 500k are gone.

Tried playing some and see if it comes up, restarting app and Phone. No luck so far.

If anyone has a solution please help or where to look for it.

    Hey ovidiosdlg​ Please restart your console and log back into your account to ensure it synchronizes properly. Purchases may sometimes be delayed, and a quick sync can usually resolve the issue. Let us know in case of any further issues.

    Thanks a lot. Just restarted the console and the pass was activated. Still getting the lock sign on the app but not a problem ill unlock in the console.
