Problem CE-112837-2

Hello! My name is Maks, I’m from Russia and I have a problem. I can't play online ( error CE-112837-2) . restarted the router, tried different networks, reinstalled the game. What to do?? My email [edit: email address removed]

    Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again

    As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if a different network helps.

  • I've already done this, but the error still remains. I don't have any subscriptions, just a disk, could that be the reason?

    I don't see why using the disk would cause this. Have you tried restoring your licenses with these steps?
