I think I’ve summarized this for 90% of the people who are in the same boat. This has been happening for almost 36hrs now. I have contact Telstra and they have been in contact with me for most part of today via X to try find a work around (changing DNS etc) but conclusion is the issue is at you end EA_Pulsar. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.
