Re: I didn’t get FC Pro rewards for one hour watch

After claiming your rewards, please make sure to log out and then log back in to re-sync your account.

Additionally, double-check that you are logged in with the correct account linked to your YouTube or Twitch. Many players use different accounts for watching the stream than the one with the registered game. 

Check the Connections tab in your EA Account settings to see your linked accounts.

    @EA_Pulsar watched the entirety of the stream on Monday via YouTube and neither the 15 minute nor 60 minute objectives have been awarded for my account, is there really nothing being done for this other than being told to "make sure that you log in with the correct account when you watch those streams" ?

    @EA_Pulsar  Hi my YouTube is linked Im in the correct account last season objective worked for linking YouTube I went in settings in YouTube and says Electronic Arts linked YES. I've watched both streams Completely and not one of them registered in my objectives ??? Why is this ? There is no further step to claim rewards with youtube.. can you fix this or what? Because this is bloody frustrating.

    I've opened 3 cases now with EA help and they keep saying the same thing, and they closed 2 of them. They say stay tuned for a resolution. Yeah right. I had the same issues as those here and it worked fine last year. All 4 days didn't work this year.

    They don't care and the mods here can't do anything they just spam their corporate copypasta that EA requires them to post and then they ignore the threads after that until we all forget about it and move onto the next issue that happens.
