Shoutout to EA for giving “run-around” and refusing to help resolve my problem. After dealing with multiple customer service agents, I was sent to this forum where I believe they hoped I would let go of my issue and forget about it. Unfortunately for them, I’m not the type of person to forget. EA continue to be a poorly run organization who yank their loyal customers around without any intent of helping solve issues. I understand this objective issue I’m dealing with is minor, but it’s the principle of it that keeps me coming back. I’m asking (once again) for some real help here. EA is not only on the verge of losing a loyal customer, but also gaining someone who will urge everyone I know to not purchase this game or any in-game purchases it has to offer.
