If the solution i posted earlier did not work. Let me know if the issue is getting into UT or just accessing FC 25 as a whole. Or any other problem.
The solution was for those who had the issue were the game crashes when going into UT.
Hi i press on ultimate team it start to load then closes game back to xbox homescreen any ideas?
I have the issue on one computer but not another, when I open Ultimate Team, it just crashes the entire game, no other sections of the game cause the problem.

Does it happen for you where you load into ultimate team, but on the loading screen there is a grey screen then it crashes?
When loading up eafc 25 on my Xbox one I can access all features apart from ultimate team despite me being connected to the internet
been having the same issue for the past 4 days theyve done * all to help made it impossible to even get into contact with them. my Pc is not a high standard or anything but can run every other aspect of the game fine. my ffav is the fact they made it impossible to even get into contact with a real person to talk abou the issue. Games rubbish waste of money
happend to me to, also on an friends ps5 and ps4.
Turned out I had to delete my squad, like it had a concept, build new 1 from low to high so the card that gave the error isn't in the team. (Use the app for this) Delete all teams except the new bronze team.

its been 4 days that this been happening to me and it sucks. i can play the game like rival, squad battle and more but the problem is with my squad. lets say i wanna switch player or change position of my players in my lineup, after i submit its says error communicating with the ultimate team server. it sucks cuz i cant make any change to my team and this problem has been happening to me for 3-4 days now. i tried reinstalling, i even reinstall window. i need help

this is such a shame, employes who are not working, company which is getting more greedy year by year.
I also can't play the game since yesterday update.
Pathetic, especially when even customer support spit on us and no replying.
