SBC PL TOTS Upgrade is shown as completed but I didn't complete it

Today at 6pm I logged on and saw the pl tots upgrade and I logged off. When I came back it said it was completed

    It just said pl tots upgrade and efl there was a efl one too but that one didnt say it was not bugged
