season pass xp bug

this happend 3 days ago i was playing some squad battles for fun then after i did my 12 games i didnt get any xp i was like hmm maybe its bc i played all the games i hoped on rivals i finished the game and won right then i still didnt get any xp i dced in some games right but i fixed it by playing all the games i dced from right then when i went into a game i still didnt get any xp so i turned my pc off but it worked then after 2 games that i didnt leave from i didnt get my xp i tried to turn off my pc and turn it on etc then i hopped in a game finished it etc and even then i still didnt get any xp this has been happning for 3 days
