I’ve have this problem a couple times where I’m just in a middle of a squad battles match and then it gives me the message “the EA servers are unable to process your request at this time”. After the message it boots me to the main menu. But It never disconnects me from the server. And it counts me as quitting the game so I don’t get any points and now I’m losing out on rewards because of this and I can’t get progress for objectives.
Hello everyone,
No matter which mode I play in Ultimate Team, my connection to Ultimate Team is lost at the end of the match and I get the error I mentioned in the topic.
The problem I experienced 12-13 hours ago is still ongoing. There is no problem with my internet connection. I have not come across any explanation as to what is causing this. Is there anyone who can give a clear explanation and find a solution to this issue?
