Starting and BIN price set to 99 for transfers

When I go to list players on the transfer market the starting price and buy it now price are set to 99. Have I got some sort of transfer ban(no idea why I would have) or is it a glitch??  Example pi...

I experience this bug all the time and it's known by EA, it's been reported by many folks already.

For now, to list a player that has this issue I move them into my trade pile and after closing down the game, the next time I load up its fixed and I'm able to list.  Very odd that you completely uninstalled and re-installed and still experienced this issue.
