unable to connect ea fc 25 online servers after unbanned

hey i got a problem last 2 days i cannot play online fc 25 after getting unbanned every time i launch the game it says cant log to the servers and a banned account pop up shows in the screen what can...

Same thing happened to me. I got banned on Apex Legends and then unbanned. I can access Apex Legends, but still can't access EA FC. Customer Support didn't know how to help. Did you find a solution?
