Every time i try to go into ultimate team im getting game or app problem that results in the game crashing. This is ridiculous. So much for ultimate version...
Solution:
- As said below you need to delete your squad on the FUT COMPANION APP.
- If you can not access the app, create a new user on your PC/PS/XBOX and log into FC25 with that user. That should fix the app issue.

Indeed. All players affected should get some sort of compensation. But since we talking about EA, i dont think that will ever happen...

I have the same problem on the Ps5, i played the ps5 version but then opened the ps4 version to play with my friend, i tried to open ultimate team but i got an error saying that i can access ultimate team only on one device per time, now i can't access neither ps4 or ps5 edition and everytime i try to open ultimate team my game crashes, PLEASE HELP i have tried everything, shut down ps5, rebuild database, signed out my psn account from all devices, reinstalled the game both ps4 and ps5 edition, cleared cache, changed internet settings, i connected via lan, via wifi, nothing works!
I have played 3 single player draft matches so far to complete some of the milestone goals objectives. After 2 out of the 3 have finished, I have then been disconnected saying "the EA servers cannot process your request". Does anybody please know how to fix this? I have tested my connection and it is all good.
Sounds pretty much like my problem, and after some searching it seems like alot of people are struggling...

I'm having the same issue as well, Started after I built a squad to go into a game with.

I've reported this to the EA and they are on the case. As you know alot of people affected by this. When asked if they were going to compensate the affected players they did not answer.
So it looks like our seven day trials just washes away as EA tries to fix their game. Also no answer was given regarding when we can expect the game to be fixed - just a: be patient and we take this very seriously.
No need to restart, change you internet settings or whatsoever, since the fault is at their side.
