What causes the terrible one sided delayed gameplay?

I just started noticing other people's gameplay come up on my YouTube shorts and I'm not talking about pros etc but their gameplay isn't anywhere near what I'm playing. Everything I watch the player...

I feel like the matches are rigged. Notice some matches my player were in right place & right time. Other matches, the players just standing around and * the dog!!! Frustrating
