Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you've encountered a cheater in your game. Please note that we can't name and shame players in the forums.
- Don't "name and shame." If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. We can't take any action against such accounts on Answers HQ, and such posts can lead to harassment.
I play on my PC, but EA doesn't seem to do anything about it and doesn't notice the hackers either..

Once you've submitted a report, we’ll investigate it and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t give you information about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.
If you get an email update from us saying we didn’t take action on the account, the case will be closed.
That's the reason why I always record my games.
If I come across a cheater, I open a case and report the player. Even if I only have a suspicion.
Is it annoying? Yes. Is anything being done about it? Yes.
