Now, while we agree that this has been an ongoing issue, the sad reality is EA doesn't want to do anything about it. We've raised this issue many many times before and they don't want to do anything about it. There's not much else any of us can do about it but continue to complain about it until they decide to listen to us! ;(

EA do not give one shining piece of monkey crap about players and will NEVER fix this issue because they want players to play more games and buy more packs.
That is why they do not do the simple solution of if you DNF you lose and the opponent gets the win.
They want people to play as many games as they can possibly get out of them, so they will then buy more packs and spend more money.
That is why people, they want to fleece you for everything you have, and no other reason
