You both need to go through the help article IRISH-BUNNYY​ as there may be an issue on his end.

we both have ive sat in discord and made him check everything multiple times. if he had problems on his end i wouldnt be able to join him and i am able to invite him to rush n he can join i cant play rivials or frendlies with him EA_Darko​
