Wrongful Ban on My EA Sports FC 25 Account Due to Account Theft
Hello EA Team and Community,
I am writing here because my EA Sports FC 25 account received a permanent ban, but I strongly believe this action was taken in error due to my account being stolen a few months ago. During that period, actions were taken on my account that I did not authorize or perform. Later, I contacted EA Live Chat support and thankfully recovered my account, but I then discovered that my account had been permanently banned.
I followed the instructions and submitted a ban appeal by email, but unfortunately it was rejected without a clear explanation. I want to emphasize that I have never intentionally violated EA’s Terms of Service. The only modification I ever used was visual jersey mods in offline mode, which never affected Ultimate Team, online play, or the in-game economy. I did not use cheats, bots, or coin transfers.
I have spent both time and money building my FUT 25 squad, which represents months of effort and passion. Losing everything because of actions made by someone who stole my account feels extremely unfair. I kindly ask the EA team to re-examine my case. Please verify the login history and activity logs during the period my account was compromised — it should clearly show unusual activity not matching my location or behavior.
I truly love FC 25 and want to continue playing fairly. I respectfully request that my ban be reconsidered so I can return to enjoying the game I care so much about.
The person who hacked my account seems to have tried using a coin glitch. I have already emailed the EA support team about this around 10 times.

Sorry to say but if our team has repeatedly denied your ban appeals then there would be nothing that we can do to change this.
